My Why
For the Woman Wondering If There's More...
For years, I believed my purpose was found in taking care of everyone else.
I entered the medical field at nineteen years old. I became a wife, a mom, a nurse, and eventually the Director of Operations for a hospice. Every day I walked alongside people in some of life's hardest moments. I witnessed incredible strength, heartbreaking loss, unwavering faith, and the quiet weight so many women carry.
There was one truth I saw over and over again.
Women who looked like they had it all together were silently carrying more than anyone knew.
They were showing up for their families, careers, churches, friends, and communities while putting themselves at the bottom of the list. They had forgotten how to dream. Forgotten how to rest. Forgotten who they were underneath all the responsibilities.
The hardest part was realizing...
I wasn't just witnessing that story.
I was living it.
In 2025, God began stirring something in my heart that I could no longer ignore. He wasn't asking me to stop serving people. He was inviting me to serve them differently.
He showed me that healing doesn't always begin with a major life change. Sometimes it begins with one intentional step.
One new thought.
One courageous decision.
One conversation.
One moment of believing your story isn't over.
That realization changed everything.
Today, my mission is simple.
I create spaces where women can pause long enough to hear their own hearts again. Through keynote speaking, interactive experiences, creativity, and honest conversations, I help women reframe the obstacles they've faced, rediscover the purpose that's been there all along, and begin writing the next chapter of their lives with intention.
Because I believe our greatest obstacles often become our greatest preparation.
I believe comfort keeps us stuck while courage moves us forward.
I believe the stories we tell ourselves shape the lives we build.
Most of all, I believe every woman has another chapter waiting to be written.
Whether we're sharing a stage, creating together during The Mindful Art Experience, or simply connecting through a conversation, my hope is that you leave believing one thing:
You are not behind.
You are not disqualified.
Your story is not over.
Your next chapter is waiting.
Let's write it together.
